I logged in on the Mac App and then on my iPhone. I never logged in through a browser. I paid for premium and less than a month in my password didn’t work anymore. It also rejected my finger for authentication. They were unable to reset my password because I had never logged in through a browser. So my data was trapped. It took two days of back and forth to get them to NEVER admit they were the issue and me to do the research I SHOULD have done before moving all my important details to LastPass.

I am now looking at several hours resetting passwords.
