Beware
I bought the premium version for my Mac & iPhone. I ended up with an incompatibility issue between my “touch ID” and Masterpassword that kept me locked out. Issue wasn’t listed in frequently asked questions. Tried to open a ticket but couldn’t because I was locked out. Called LastPass and explained situation and that I needed to discuss it with someone in tech support. I was told I can’t. They only way to get help is through opening a ticket. The definition of Catch 22. Don’t take my word for it. Call LastPass @ 800-830-6680 and ask for technical assistance and listen to what they say. I’ve heared it’s a good app until you actually have a problem. In my opinion this is just irresponsible customer service.
