Lastpass WAS a good ap but not now in Version 4

I have used Lastpass for several years and have a PAID Premium account. Version 4 is terrible! Not user friendly! Hard to read - on a Laptop! Search is light pink text on dark pink background. Only 7 lines of text - sites that it tracks passwords - per screen - same number as on a 4 inch iPad touch! Version 3 had 14 lines visible at a time. Lots of blank space. I use this with hundreds of sites so it takes forever to scroll through to find anything.

Did I mention that the main text is medium grey on light grey background. Text on the sidebar is medium grey on dark grey! I have a high resolution screen and it is hard to read! Version 3 was black text on white background. They say Version 4 has bigger icons for each website that it has a password for. BUT the icons are so BIG you can only see 4 and a half icons at a time on a laptop!!! Their header takes 1/3 of the screen for 3 lines of text - one line is their name! NOT user friendly and VERY bad design from a user’s point of view. Frustrating to use!

I counted! It took 48 screens of 4 and one half icons (and you can’t read the half icon) to scroll through the list of sites. Version 3. was legible black on white text that you could read. The Selection or highlight bar shows Launch obscuring the icon for each site. The edit button is gone - only available in light grey on medium grey selection highlight bar???? You have to memorize the software to know how to use it!! Edit and delete are hidden. The useful features are hidden - in Version 4.

There is a new feature, or is it a BUG? You can let any friend have full access to your account! They just need to buy Lastpass software. Surely non of your friends will ever get hacked. All your password access is available to others as a FEATURE!

The new owner of Lastpass is LogMeIn. Clearly, they don’t know what SECURITY is.

I have used Lastpass for years and was not worried about the security of my passwords. Now that LogMeIn has opened up a "back door" to my passwords for my friends, I am going to find a secure password manager elsewhere!
