Buggy Mac and Safari app

Very buggy. Using Mac and Safari on OSX El Capitan. Premium account.
The Mac application sometimes does not recognize my master password for strength checking. It also does not display folders after I create them, even though these folders will show up in the web app. When I created new folders in the web application, the folders did not show up in my Mac application, even after I restarted the app.
In the web application on Safari, I tried to drag passwords to folders. I dragged one password into a folder and a different password was actually placed in that folder. And then I couldn’t drag any more passwords to other folders.
