Worst user experience ever

Opening the app:
1. Open app,
2. Type your password,
3. Repeat step 1 because app crashed.
(Repeat this loop 2-3 times until app stays open.)

Searching for passwords:
1. Search sites.
2. Search Secure notes.
3. Search Form fills.
4. Repeat step 1 with different key words.

Creating new logins for web sites (in 7 frustrating steps):
1. Choose to generate a new password when creating your new account.
2. Continue to log in to web site.
3. Lastpass neglects to prompt you to save a new login.
4. Open Lastpass manually to save new login.
5. Search for password you just generated and never find it.
6. Finish adding login to Lastpass.
7. Go back to site to "recover your password".

I use 1Password for my personal accounts. My company chose Lastpass, unfortunately. There’s no comparison. 1Password wins in every category.
